Sleep is important and you should make a point to get enough. As obvious as that seems, it's advice that most of us just don't follow well. How about you?
Different people require different amounts of sleep. Unfortunately, it's something many people just don't take time for. We've talked about how much sleep you need to work productively and also about how you can get better sleep instead of more. But for now, we're curious.
